The Water Heater Dude/The Air Dude replaced our water heater 2 years ago and our AC Unit 1 year ago with great work and very fair prices! We loved Ray and Demetri so much we had them install the HVAC and Plumbing in our 1500sq’ finished basement. It was a big job and they completed the job ahead of schedule and under budget! They were clean, professional and always competitive with thier price. Ray was transparent with his costs and gave advice for what was needed and not needed to save money thruout the construction.

I had a great experience with the installation of my Rheem PROG50-38N RH60. The installers, Demetri and Hayden, were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
They did a clean and careful installation, and everything was completed smoothly. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to educate me on proper maintenance and showed me how to safely relight the unit if needed. They made sure I understood how everything works before they left.

Really courteous trades people with incredible communications skills explaining each and every step of the process, supreme professionalism, and wonderfully trained/knowledgeable and fast workers in the home service business? They fixed our heater quickly on the same day, explained everything clearly, and charged a fair, trustworthy price. Ray added a Heat/AC vent in our Master Bath and did a great job from start to finish leaving everything as clean as it was before the work started. We would highly recommend “The Water Heater Dude”. Even though this job wasn’t major, it was important to us and Ray got it done!

Ray and Dimitry are awesome. Ray responded to my call quickly as I had 2 water heaters in the attic, one leaking. He set me up with a tankless system. They were prompt, professional, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I had ZERO problems with his service. I give him 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended him!!

We have used Ray Water Heater Dude for several seasons. Very reliable and trustworthy service. We had our furnaces serviced for fall and had preventative drain cleaning and dryer vent cleaning performed. Demetri, our technician did a great job as usual. Very friendly and personable with great communication. Highly recommend The Water Heater Dude!
Demetri does my semi annual HVAC checks and not only does a great job but he’s personable and always a pleasure to deal with. He even cleaned out my dryer vent while he was here! Great company and I’ve been very happy with their service for years now. Will continue to be a customer.

Demetri was great from the start. He was very thorough when he came out to quote us, gave us the best option for location (which some other companies didn’t do), and it was a very reasonable quote. Some of the other companies we had quote the job clearly were trying to take advantage and do work that was unnecessary just to increase the ticket amount, but The Water Heater Dude was very straight forward. They were so easy to schedule with and even donate the old water heater to those that can’t afford one. On the day of install, they were very quick and made the process so easy. I would absolutely call them for any plumbing needs and we can’t wait to use our new tankless water heater!
