Ray replaced our 20 year old water heater that was in the attic. Although, we essentially got a new version of the same thing, it looks like a major upgrade. The pipe insulation looks much more professional than what was there before. The new pan is shiny and he also installed a shut off valve for the water line coming into the water heater. When Ray came out to provide the free estimate, he was extremely thorough and detail oriented. We looked at several different options for what would be possible in my home. He ended up quoting me for both an exterior tankless and a traditional 50 gallon. We went with the traditional due to the cost which ended up being several hundred dollars lower than the competition. Overall, couldn't be happier.

All I can say is... WOW! Very professional and trustworthy! Did everything we asked with our drains and pipes 100% and did it top notch! "I" also asked about my water heater (10 yrs. old) and he gave options for us. I also asked about whole house water filtration systems. We came home from vacation and our garage was flooded from our 16yr old water heater that had finally gave out. I called the water heater dude (Ray) that night at 7 pm. He was able to give me a quote that night (which was VERY reasonable compared to the competitors) on a replacement and come the next day to install it.
