Ray came out to give us a quote & check out our water heater issue. This is the 1st time using their services. It was emergency install of a hot water. Ray, company owner offered to replace on Monday after the July 4th weekend when the heater decided to go bad. Dimitri did the install was the best installer I have used for any install. He went over all the device items such shut off of the pilot, water shut off and flush the system once a yr to avoid erosion. I would recommend them to all friends and family members.

Prompt response from Ray on estimate and additional installation process due to the location of water heater. His crew Hayden and Dimitri were on time, courteous and professional throughout the water heater installation. They even saved a family heirloom that fell into the sink/p-trap. While doing so, discovered a potential plumbing hazard and was able to replace with proper parts.

Demetri was great from the start. He was very thorough when he came out to quote us, gave us the best option for location (which some other companies didn’t do), and it was a very reasonable quote. Some of the other companies we had quote the job clearly were trying to take advantage and do work that was unnecessary just to increase the ticket amount, but The Water Heater Dude was very straight forward. They were so easy to schedule with and even donate the old water heater to those that can’t afford one. On the day of install, they were very quick and made the process so easy. I would absolutely call them for any plumbing needs and we can’t wait to use our new tankless water heater!
